The 5-bedroom penthouse is 5,300 sq. ft. and features over 4,000 additional sq. ft. of outdoor deck space showcasing expansive Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay views. This unique penthouse accommodates up to 150 guests for events and up to 100 guests for formal dining occasions. Presenting the same panoramic ocean and bay views, the 4-bedroom penthouse is 3,400 sq. ft. and is located on the upper 8th floor of the DoubleTree. There is also a boardroom that can accommodate up to 15 people, featuring floor to ceiling windows with an ocean view.
