DoubleTree by Hilton

2 SPECTACULAR PENTHOUSES

DoubleTree offers 2 spacious penthouses for conferences, large meetings and other special events such as fundraisers, reunions, anniversaries, bridal showers and more. The 5-bedroom penthouse is 5,300 sq. ft. and features over 4,000 additional sq. ft. of outdoor deck space showcasing expansive Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay views. This unique penthouse accommodates up to 150 guests for events and up to 100 guests for formal dining occasions. Presenting the same panoramic ocean and bay views, the 4-bedroom penthouse is 3,400 sq. ft. and is located on the upper 8th floor of the DoubleTree. There is also a boardroom that can accommodate up to 15 people, featuring floor to ceiling windows with an ocean view.

BALLROOM/CONFERENCE CENTER & MEETING ROOM

Holiday Inn Oceanfront presents a 6,700 sq. ft. ballroom/conference center that can accommodate events from 50-300 people, with flexible meeting space, customized menus, state-of-the-art technology, and all of the amenities necessary for the perfect business gathering or special event. The conference center can also be configured into 3 separate areas and features a lobby area for pre-event gatherings or cocktail hours. There are an additional 2 meetings rooms that can accommodate 10-80 people.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites provides a perfect solution for successful business meetings and social events. The hotel features a 1,200 sq. ft. meeting space, accommodating up to 140 people, with state-of-the-art technology, conference service staff and award-winning dining options. The hotel features two restaurants, the Coral Reef Café and Hemingway’s. The Coral Reef Café, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, offers a more laid-back West Indie’s atmosphere and is a great Happy Hour destination. For more of a fine dining experience, Hemingway’s specializes in private events for up to 60 people and offers exceptional service.

Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites adds a little relaxation to your working vacation with uninterrupted views of the award-winning Ocean City beaches and Atlantic Ocean. Offering meeting and function space that invites as little as 5 people and up to 100 persons, the Hilton is a perfect location for smaller and mid-size events and meetings. There is also a comfortable boardroom available for small meetings that require a quiet and sophisticated venue. The hotel features two restaurants onsite, that also are available for catering your event.
